Greetings to the Great Class of 2005!

Three items on this hopefully balmy Spring day wherever you may be:

1) Reunions,

2) Class Dues,

3) and more Mini-Reunions to warm up for our big 2-0 in 2025.

1) Reunions

Is in one month; Thursday, May 23rd through Saturday, May25th.

Sign up here to register for a free off-year wristband, because it’s never really an off-year. One guest wristband allowed.

If a day trip on Saturday to the P-rade is too much for you (or your guest(s)) this year, maybe make a day trip on Friday instead:

-Visit your ‘04 pals at their Twentieth in the afternoon,

-Join ‘05 (and ‘80) for pizza and beverages in the evening,

-And get ready to bring the whole pack or your whole, present self for the entire weekend next year at our Twentieth.*

*We really want you to join us for the Saturday brunch and the P-rade this year though. Really.

2) Class Dues

We’re keeping dues at $18 for this 19th Reunion year. You may pay here if you like.

We’ve got the usual required expenses already covered (which help the University keep things working well in the background) and we’ll mention again, in gratitude, that last year the University agreed to fund PAW for the alumni classes going forward.

We can use class dues and an anonymous classmate’s donation to the O-Five Fun Fund for you fantastic folks to get together at…

3) Mini-Reunions (+ a call for local coordinators)

Mini-Reunions are kinda like study breaks: Low-key gatherings of ‘05 Tigers at a location convenient to where you are.

We’ve got the budget this year to cover the costs as long as class funds are being used appropriately and reasonably for the group.

All we need is a classmate interested in being the point of contact. Local coordinators do not need to host at home or sponsor.

If there’s a service event in your community, consider making it an ‘05 Mini-Reunion - gather a group of classmates to join in the activity and then share some food and beverage afterwards. Perhaps a walk/run/ride or community festival or arts event that’s fun and beneficial.

And of course, a more typical gathering - a coffee shop, ice cream store, or a bar with options for all - will also work.

We encourage those classmates who may not have plans to attend the carnival-like atmosphere of on-campus Reunions to join your old or new friends in a different setting at a Mini-Reunion near you…

…Especially if things have been tough in whatever way lately and goin’ back for the Twentieth is just not happening.

Recap/ Action items-

1) Reunions:

Scheduled for Thursday, May 23rd through Saturday, May25th, 2024. Register here.

2) Class Dues:

Fight inflation. For this 19th Reunion Year '05 Class Dues are still $18 and payable here.

3) Mini-Reunions:

We’re hoping that folks who don’t get to visit campus that often are able to meet up in their home region. That said, we’re still planning Mini-Reunions in NYC and other locales near the home field. Reach out if you have a Mini-Reunions idea or interest.
